Step 1: Buyer Agency Agreement

What you are agreeing to: an exclusive buyer agency relationship with Massey Real Estate Services, John R. Massey, Broker, for 180 days.
  • $0 commission and $0 retainer fee charged to you.
  • 0 carry-over days after the agreement ends.
  • Further condition: "Broker will attempt to collect a 3.5% buyer broker compensation from the Seller as stated in the Purchase Agreement."
This form only starts the process. John will send you the official IAR Buyer/Tenant Exclusive Agency Contract (Form #15) for electronic signature through Authentisign. Nothing is binding until you sign that document.
