What we collect

Information you choose to submit: names, email, phone, current address, home-search preferences, showing requests and offer details (price, earnest money, financing type, lender name). We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or other financial account credentials on this site. Please do not send them.

How we use it

To contact you, prepare buyer agency and purchase agreement documents, schedule showings, and communicate with sellers, lenders, title companies and other parties to your transaction, as needed to represent you. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by a third-party form service, showings may be booked through a scheduling service, and documents are signed through Authentisign. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.

Text and phone

By submitting a form, you agree we may contact you by phone, text and email about your home search. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Retention and your choices

We keep records as required by Indiana real estate license law. To request access to or deletion of your information where permitted, call 317-482-9166 or write to 14423 Waterway Blvd, Fortville, IN 46040.
